Charlotte Church and Gavin Henson are delighted to announce that they are expecting another baby. The couple are thrilled, as are their immediate families.
Meanwhile, Charlotte has confirmed that she will fulfill her commitment to Channel 4 to present the third series of The Charlotte Church Show in July and August of this year.

Hi Everyone, I’ve just been chatting to Charlotte this morning and she told me that she and Gavin have chosen the name Ruby for their baby daughter.
Ruby was born at 10.35pm last Thursday and weighed in at 6 pounds 12 ounces, exactly the same weight that Charlotte was when she was born.
Charlotte said that they have spent the weekend receiving family and friends and everything is fine with both her and Ruby.

Gavin has informed us that Charlotte gave birth to a beautiful baby girl at home on Thursday night. Gavin was there at the birth. He has told us that mother and baby are doing just fine.
We have no further details yet, but we expect to be able to bring you an exclusive announcement from the couple some time on Monday.
I’m sure everyone will agree that this is fantastic news and will want to join us at CC.com in wishing them our very best.

Silly season seems to have descended early this year on Grub Street. Yesterday, I had a rather surreal experience. I was sitting drinking tea in Charlotte and Gavin’s new home. I was at the kitchen table with Charlotte and Gavin’s mother, Audrey. Charlotte was on great form, cracking jokes and organising the workmen who are renovating the house. Outside, Gavin and his father, Alan, were happily banging fence posts into the ground. Meanwhile, I was reading an online copy of The London Lite newspaper, which was claiming that Charlotte was absolutely devastated and had kicked Gavin out of their home because of a spurious claim earlier this week by the laughable Sunday People that Gavin had been involved in an alleged incident with another woman last year. Needless to say, the whole thing is an utter figment of the great British Press’s imagination. I just thought that CC fans might like to be reassured. She didn’t seem very devastated to me. In fact, I don’t think I’ve ever seen her so happy.
I’m told that Charlotte’s advisers are pursuing a press complaint against The London Lite, who incidentally, have now taken the offending article down, although the print version was widely read by Londoners yesterday. Pity they didn’t put in a call in the first place. It would have saved a heavily pregnant Charlotte a whole lot of unnecessary stress.

Hi peeps,
Well it’s been p*ing down with rain in Cardiff the last couple of weeks- soaking up rays on a Thai beach is a distant memory now. I’ve been mostly hiding in the house looking after Gav and my babies (aka the dogs). I thought I’d tell you all about my Jack Russells- that’s Ike, Tina, Benny and Frankie- check out the video. In other news did anyone see the F-word last week? Gordon Ramsay is such a cheeky monkey… this series he’s going to slaughter a lamb- and the two lambs in contention are called Charlotte and Gavin! He told us it’s because we are his favourite Welsh people. We like Gordon a lot, so in return, he can come and cook us a meal!
Anyway- thanks everyone for watching my vlogs… making them stops me going mad while I’m getting bigger and bigger!!

Hi everyone,
Sorry it’s taken me so long to get another vlog to you! You’d have thought that with finishing the TV show I’d have a bit more time on my
hands but no, it’s been really busy. I had a lovely trip to Thailand with Gav’s sister, Sarah… I’ve never been before and it was sooo lush.
We stayed at a really luxurious resort just outside Phuket, but we still didn’t escape the paparazzi who were hiding in the sand with telephoto lens cameras! They got so sunburnt just to get a picture of me in my swimsuit! Other than that I’ve been working on my autobiography, which is being published in September and cooking lots of healthy food for
Gav, as you’ll see in the vlog.
Anyway- I’ll try to update you again soon.

Well the CC show has finished and I’ve had a brilliant time making it, so many highlights for me, thanks EVERYONE for watching. I thought I’d record another video update before heading back to Cardiff for a few months on the sofa! So it’s been another busy week preparing for the show. I’m so excited that the Manic Street Preachers are going to be performing- I spent my millennium evening watching them in Cardiff- they’re legends. Other than the show I’ve been taking it easy, trying not too eat too much chocolate! Anyhow, here’s my video update. I just wanted to let you know that due to her pregnancy Charlotte and Channel 4 have decided to postpone her next series of the TV show which was planned for this summer.
Channel 4 are really delighted with the show that is proving a ratings and critical success and they are really looking forward to working with Charlotte once again when she is ready to return to work.
Thankfully there’s still another two programmes in the current series and of course CharlotteChurch.com will keep you posted on all of Charlotte’s news.

Hey all,
I’m absolutely knackered at the mo- I had my Walker’s crisps commercial filmed last week and I’m recording two shows this week- so much for putting my feet up hey? I was saying in my last vlog how I was worried about having an allergic reaction to the horse on the Walker’s shoot, well in the end I didn’t have to ride it as they got me a stunt double, but I did get something in my eye which I had a bit of a reaction to, but nothing too bad that meant I couldn’t get the shoot done. Anyway- I’m really looking forward to seeing the ad now. Otherwise I’ve had time for a teeny weeny bit of relaxation, mostly in front of the telly. I saw Eurovision and was appalled (check out the vlog below)- what a pile of rubbish. Anyway, thanks to everyone who’s been visiting my site, it means a lot to me that people take such an interest!

Great news for all you CC Show fans: today we uploaded 15 great clips from this series and the last series, including some amazing ‘CCTVs’ where Charlotte stitched people up in disguise, some ’ remote controls’ when Charlotte instructed people, via a hidden earpiece, to do highly embarrassing things, and there’s also loads of funny surprises for members of the audience. Below is one of my favourites when Charlotte goes speed dating as a bloke (yes- that really is her below)! To see the rest click on ‘The Charlotte Church Show’ tab and then the ‘video’ tab. Also, there’s no show on Channel 4 tonight because of Comic Relief- but there’s all these clips to keep you entertained so you can’t complain really can you?

I managed to (literally) corner Charlotte’s fashion stylist Faye and asked for some tips on clothing choices (and what to avoid) if you’re got a figure like Charlotte’s. Faye’s been responsible for Charlotte’s look on the show and on her album ‘Tissues and Issues’ so she knows Charlotte pretty well. Also, lots of you have been emailing to ask what Charlotte wore on the last show (the cute black dress and yellow sash)- well the dress was from Diane Von Furstenberg….customised by Faye with the sash and she put yellow fabric behind the black lace bra to match the belt. Earrings are from Freedom at Topshop and shoes were by Zara… so get shopping!

Well as you probably know there’s no show this week because of Comic Relief, but there’s still plenty of work to do- like recording the film sketches for the show. Later this week I’ve got a big shoot for the new Walkers crisps advert. No rest for me then! I recorded my puppy Frankie on my phone on Wednesday. He came down to the recording of my show and was going crazy in my dressing room with so many new things to chew on! I think he’s got a shoe fetish because every time someone came into the dressing room he’d go straight for their shoe laces.

I was doing a bit of behind the scenes filming down at the show a couple of days ago and Charlotte told me how she’s feeling about the new series. I managed to convince Channel 4 to give me a wicked clip from the hidden camera stunt too… check it out

So the recording of the show finishes and I’m busting to get home because we’re half and hour behind schedule and it’s my birthday. Dave- the guy who owns the company that makes my show tells me to stay on stage. I’m like “what’s going on”... then the band starts playing and then 300 people in the audience start singing happy birthday! If it wasn’t for the cake of makeup I would have turned bright red, although it was really cool. Check out the clip below- and sorry for the terrible speech afterwards- like I said IT WAS A HUGE SURPRISE!
Anyway, for my birthday I went out with my girls for a picnic during the day then went round to my nans for a family get together.
Tonight I’m going out for dinner with my mum and she’s spending £200 on a night out which goes a long way in Cardiff- although it’s a bit tight considering it’s my 21st hey? What about a big party for me and pals? Anyway- can’t complain as got some amazing prezzies AND Gavin bought me a new for my birthday- he’s a jack russell and he’s lovely.

Digging through the archives found this story of when Charlotte met Britney! Britney really should learn some manners.

Charlotte:
Crazy poll in the paper this week saying that men prefer natural beauty to the plastic look? And even more funny than that I’m apparently the second most naturally beautiful woman in their poll!
Only thing that worries me is they didn’t say what they mean by natural? Does it mean minging? Kate Middleton came top of the poll so I’m not if that’s a good thing or not. Jodie Marsh came bottom of the poll so at least people think I’m better looking than her!
The poll was conducted by Fox’s biscuits- how random is that? Does that mean people who gorge on party rings and jammy dodgers think I’m lush?
